Back off a bit, bro. Joints and libido both take a hit last thing you need is an injury
Deload or switch to higher reps for a few weeks keeps you training but less stress on the body
trained through PCT before huge mistake. Felt flat, tired, ended up overtraining noww I ease off & come back stronger
