Depends on volume not the exercise list.
Fine if you manage load and reps smartly
Your shoulders survive when ego doesn’t lead the session
Sequence and intensity matter more than exercise choice
Warm up and scap work decide the outcome
Great session if your recovery is on point
OHP at the end keeps the stress honest
Add rows between sets and you’ll thank yourself later
Keep reps controlled and shoulders will cooperate
Respect the workload and your shoulders will be fine
Volume caps keep this from becoming a rehab story
Shoulder health is built between sets not during them
