Been running it every cycle honestly keeps my sleep solid and stress down. Doesn’t mess with gains, so I’d say smart move.

Helps on paper, but you won’t feel much. Cortisol control matters more postcycle when hormones dip.

Used KSM-66 last blast, 600mg daily. Felt calmer, better recovery, less joint ache. Not magic but not a waste either.

Tried it, didn’t notice much except deeper sleep. Might be placebo, but I’ll take any edge for recovery.

Bro it’s adaptogenic, not anabolic. Helps with stress and mood, not muscle. So use it for balance, not for gains.

Only time it’s a waste is if your diet, sleep, and hydration suck. Otherwise it’s a nice support supplement.

Some research shows lower cortisol = better test retention. I throw it in during PCT more than mid-cycle.

Smart if you’re running harsh compounds that spike anxiety or mess sleep. Otherwise save your money for NAC and fish oil.

Used 10mg/day and it felt clean. Strength up, mood good, no suppression issues. Solid little compound.
