Anybody guys?
A quick lat activation makes my presses feel more stable
I do light pulldowns before bench and my shoulders thank me
Preloading lats helps me keep the bar path tighter
My scapular position feels locked in after a few rows
It improves my mind-muscle connection for the whole session
I feel less shoulder strain when lats are already engaged
It helps me keep my chest up and shoulders down
It cues me to stay tight instead of loose on the bench
Now I wonβt press heavy without waking up my lats first.
I feel more power transfer from upper back to bar.
My arch and bracing feel more natural
