deadlifts built my whole backside. Glutes, hams, traps everything thickened up once I started pulling heavy -
I like what i c now still chase better conditioning every cut never really βdone.β

Iβll say this deadlifts changed my body more than squats did core tighter, legs firmer, booty rounder definitely a builder if you do it right
