My biggest change wasn’t in the gym at all. I quit crashing around 2-3 PM every afternoon.
Been lifting over 25 years. Every few years there’s a new “miracle,” but mitochondrial research is one area I actually pay attention to.
Sleep got better before anything else. Once sleep improved, recovery naturally felt better too.
I ran NAD+ alone for almost two months. Added MOTS-c recently and I actually feel more motivated to train.
I compete in classic physique. During prep I noticed I was bouncing back from higher cardio volume a little faster, but I wouldn’t call it dramatic.
I pinned MOTS-c before fasted cardio. Subjectively felt great, but that’s impossible to quantify.
