If your fasting glucose is creeping up I’d keep an eye on that while using it.
Been lifting since the late 90s. Seen plenty of guys chase the scale and ignore body composition. Biggest mistake you can make.
I gained almost 3 pounds while dropping a belt notch. It messed with my head until I realized I was training harder and recovering better.
I honestly think too many people expect this stuff to melt fat overnight.
