How’s the injection feel? Smooth or spicy?

IM worked but levels felt more jumpy

SubQ just keeps everything more predictable

SubQ lower peaks and IM has higher spikes

IM quick surge and SubQ give stable baseline

This is easily one of my best shoulder exercises.The pump, the control and the tension everything hits right.
Imagine doing this consistently… your shoulders would blow up 💥
And when I don’t have access to the machine, I switch to dumbbells and still get the job done.

Results become inconsistent
