Not flashy, but effective.
Good add-on to your chest day.
Sometimes basics hit the hardest. 💪
Depends on the dose, can go either way.
Low dose = energy boost, higher dose = bloat city.
Some feel great on it, others just hold water.
It’s subtle, not a crazy fat loss tool.
Energy bump is there if you’re low.
Too much and you’ll look softer for sure.
Better for hormone balance than cutting IMO.
If your levels are low, it can help a lot.
Not something I’d rely on for a cut.
People underestimate the water retention part.
