Hamstrings screaming on deficits.
Standard lets you go heavier though.
Deficit = stretch focus, standard = load focus.
Lower back feels it more on deficit.
If mobility trash, deficits expose you.
Standard for strength, deficit for detail.
Both good, just different flavor.
More stretch, more soreness next day.
Not mandatory but spicy option.
