I looked into MOTS-C mostly because recovery has been getting slower as I’ve gotten older. Didn’t expect miracles, but I was curious if it’d help with energy more than anything.

Bro I honestly felt more consistent in the gym. Not stronger overnight, just less of those days where I felt completely drained walking in.

I kept seeing people lump it together with other mitochondrial peptides and figured I’d read up on it. Still haven’t decided if it’s worth trying.

My expectations were probably too high. I thought cardio would suddenly become easy. Reality was… not really. Maybe a slight bump in endurance, maybe placebo.

I mainly wanted to see if it helped with fatigue while cutting. That’s always the hardest part for me.

My coach basically said don’t expect MOTS-C to replace conditioning. If your cardio sucks, you still have to do cardio.
