The Scale Is Finally Moving ๐Ÿ“ˆWho else is currently trying to gain weight?

After weeks of feeling stuck, my weight is finally going up. I’ve been staying more consistent with food, training, and rest.

Small progress is still progress. My goal now is to keep building and see how far I can take this transformation.

If your legs arenโ€™t growing the problem is often not your training itโ€™s your nutrition.
Most lifters fail because they are not eating enough calories to support muscle growth. Without a proper calorie surplus, leg muscles donโ€™t have the fuel to grow.
Low protein intake is another major issue. If protein is too low, recovery slows down and muscle building gets limited.
Carbs also matter if youโ€™re not eating enough before and after leg day, your performance and recovery both sufferโ€ฆ
Inconsistent eating habits and poor recovery (sleep + hydration) make the problem even worse.

Testing and QC add to the price though.
