After weeks of feeling stuck, my weight is finally going up. I’ve been staying more consistent with food, training, and rest.
Small progress is still progress. My goal now is to keep building and see how far I can take this transformation.

Once you notice cloudy oil, particles, or weird smell
toss it. Not worth the risk
Some guys switch to preloading syringes once the vial gets low to avoid constant stopper punctures. Works great if done sterile.
Belt helps with intra abdominal pressure, but itโs not hernia armor. Bad form still equals risk.
It can reduce strain if you brace properly, but itโs not a magic shield. Core strength matters way more.
Iโve seen guys blow hernias with belts on. If youโre sloppy with breathing or ego lifting, belt wonโt save you.
Beltโs a tool, not protection gear. Use it for heavy compounds, but train your core raw too.
It helps support your trunk under load, which might lower hernia risk slightly, but itโs not prevention guaranteed.
I use mine for 85%+ lifts. Anything lighter, I go without to keep abs and obliques strong.
A belt helps you brace harder, which can protect the spine not necessarily the abdominal wall where hernias happen.
Think of it this way: belt = better bracing, strong core = real prevention. Do both, and youโre golden.
From Skinny to Strongโ
When she started, she barely weighed 45 kg.
No muscle, no shape just tired of being called too skinny.
She told me, I want to look strong, not small.
So we built from scratch
โ
Ate real food, not rabbit food.
โ
Lifted weights, not fears.
โ
Slept, recovered, and stayed consistent.
At first, progress was slow.
But then, the changes started shoulders rounded, legs toned, abs showing, confidence glowing.
Now, she doesnโt chase the number on the scale she chases the next PR in the gym.
100%. Once I got on HRT, DOMS dropped way faster and I could train harder back-to-back days. Night and day difference.
Legit feels like being 25 again. Recovery, sleep, mood, everything just smooths out.
