After weeks of feeling stuck, my weight is finally going up. I’ve been staying more consistent with food, training, and rest.

Small progress is still progress. My goal now is to keep building and see how far I can take this transformation.

    Honestly, keep doses tiny. Most girls run too high and regret it. I did RAD microdose (3mg) and it was just enough for a boost without sides.

    If these magnetic adjustable ones grip like they say and donโ€™t wobble under load I m in But until I see them survive a full 10 12 rep max on incline press Iโ€™ll keep my solid steel ones as backup
