I was expecting crazy muscle gains. Didn’t happen. I just recovered faster between hard sessions.
Younger guy here and I wouldn’t even think about stacking all that yet. Still making progress with training and nutrition.
Funny thing is everyone chases scale weight until a GLP-1 makes them realize how much they were overeating.
I switched from one to the other and appetite suppression felt smoother. GI sides were easier for me too, but everyone’s different.
The biggest health improvement I noticed wasn’t on paper. I could walk upstairs without feeling winded. That’s a win I’ll take every time.
