Honestly, I ran KW-6356 for about 6 weeks and didn’t notice anything crazy. Maybe a little better recovery, but nothing I’d call a game changer.
For me it was pretty underwhelming. Strength stayed about the same and the scale barely moved.
I’ve run it before during a cut. Felt like it helped preserve muscle a bit, but YMMV.
