My elbows seem the same after 15 years in the gym.

Older guy here. Been lifting since the late ‘90s strength went up over the years bodyweight changed plenty but my joints didn’t suddenly become massive

Could connective tissue changes make people think their bones got thicker?

Honestly social media exaggerates GH effects like crazy.

My wedding ring got tighter while using GH once I stopped it fit normally again

If GH doesn’t widen bones why do so many people claim it does

I’ve been on TRT for six years. Didn’t notice any measurable changes in wrist or ankle size.

At the end of the day muscle changes are what most people actually notice in the mirror not major changes in adult bone thickness

Joints definitely adapt just nowhere near as fast as muscles

My knees quit hurting once I stopped ego squatting

Stronger muscles usually mean less stress placed on vulnerable joints

Tendons take patience..bro

Cartilage isn’t rebuilding overnight that’s for sure
