Home Forums Fitness & Bodybuilding Discussion TRT & HRT I’m 32 and considering a short testosterone cycle to gain lean muscle, but I don’t want to be dependent on TRT for life. Has anyone successfully run a cycle, recovered natural testosterone production afterward, and maintained most of their gains? What factors affect recovery and long-term hormone health? Calves, 100%. I’ve trained them 3x a week for years and they still look like I skip leg day lol.

For me it’s delts. My chest and arms blow up fast, but shoulders take forever to grow.

Back is my weakest point. Strength keeps going up but visually it just doesn’t look that impressive.

I’ve run every shoulder specialization routine out there. Delts improved, but way slower than expected.
