Has anyone successfully run a cycle, recovered natural testosterone production afterward, and maintained most of their gains? What factors affect recovery and long-term hormone health? I kept my expectations realistic and focused on long term health rather than short term gym performance

Managing stress was surprisingly important High stress seemed to make recovery feel much worse

Staying active without overtraining was important. Recovery capacity was lower for a while after stopping

I’ve been on TRT close to 8 years and came off last year. It sucked for a few months, not gonna lie, but my natural levels eventually recovered enough to feel normal again.

I came off after 5 years on TRT. Recovery wasn’t fast, but it wasn’t a disaster either. Bloodwork and patience were the biggest factors.

In my experience, the mental side was tougher than the physical side. Strength dropped, motivation dipped, but eventually things stabilized.
