Fasted just fits my morning routine better so that’s what I’ve always done

My IGF-1 jumped sixty points when I fasted properly

I always wait two hours after eating to inject

Mine stayed red for maybe 24 hours then faded

Switched from my abdomen to my outer thigh and the irritation seemed a little less noticeable.

Anybody notice certain brands causing more redness

I got a raised welt every single injection for the first week after that my body seemed to adjust and it became pretty minor.

My coach recommends fasted just for consistency

I wondered if I was injecting too shallow
