Keep constant tension

Not overrated just misused. Most people butcher the form and blame the exercise.
Theyβre great for long head stretch but brutal on elbows if youβre not careful
Overrated for hypertrophy Maybe Overrated for joint stress Definitely not
I switched to cable overhead extensions same stretch way smoother tension
I think theyβre only overrated because beginners jump into heavy weight too soon
