Serious question.
Men today have:
→ unlimited food
→ unlimited entertainment
→ constant dopamine
→ less movement
→ less sunlight
→ less physical struggle
At the same time:
low energy, low motivation, low testosterone, anxiety, and depression seem more common than ever.
Do you think modern comfort and overstimulation are actually hurting male hormones and mental drive?
Or is that exaggerated bro-science?

    For me, resting HR definitely bumped up a bit the first few weeks. Started around 58 and was sitting closer to 68-70. It settled down some after a month.

    In my experience, resting HR went up during dose increases and then leveled off. YMMV.

    Mine barely changed. Maybe 2-3 bpm at most. Appetite suppression was way more noticeable than any HR effects.

    I’ve run it before and my resting HR jumped from low 60s to mid 70s. Ended up lowering the dose and it improved.

    Mileage may vary, but every GLP user I know has reported at least a small increase in heart rate, including myself.
