Absolutely. I wouldn’t touch Clomid without baseline labs.

I skipped bloodwork once. Never again.

LH, FSH, total test, free test, estradiol those are my minimums

CBC and CMP too. I like making sure everything else looks good while I’m at it.

The biggest difference is the overall shape same weight but the frame looks completely filled out now

I ran Clomid for 8 weeks and only saw small improvements labs showed LH shot up but testosterone barely moved glad I checked instead of assuming it was working

Same scale number but completely different human

I monitor:

* Total T
* Free T
* LH
* FSH
* Estradiol
* SHBG
* CBC
* CMP

Estrogen matters more than people realize with Clomid.

Anyone check prolactin too?

Don’t forget liver enzymes if you’re already taking other compounds.
