For me, once I hit my goal weight I stretched my GLP-1 shots to every 10–14 days. Been holding steady for months with high protein and lifting.

Honestly I came off completely and focused on tracking calories. It’s not always easy, but it’s worked better than I expected.

I stayed on a tiny maintenance dose. YMMV, but it keeps the food noise way down for me.

Not gonna lie, I regained about 15 lbs after stopping cold turkey. Looking back, I should’ve tapered instead.

Personally I just kept walking every day and lifting 4x a week. Haven’t needed the meds since.

Lower-dose GLP-1 plus strength training has been the sweet spot for me. Results have stayed pretty stable.

I’ve run maintenance for almost a year now. Longer time between injections worked better than lowering the dose.
