I had low thyroid for years and didn’t realize it. After treatment, recovery between sessions improved a ton.

Not gonna lie, I expected some magical transformation. Felt better overall, but the physique changes were pretty gradual.

Personally, fixing my thyroid helped me stop spinning my wheels in the gym. Strength finally started moving up again.
