For me, resting HR definitely bumped up a bit the first few weeks. Started around 58 and was sitting closer to 68-70. It settled down some after a month.

I’ve been on Reta for about 4 months and honestly the HR increase was noticeable. Nothing crazy, but my smartwatch kept flagging it.
