B12 in stacks underrated essential or unnecessary add-on?

Boron helped a little, but dropping 20 pounds did way more for my estrogen.

Tried 6 mg/day for about a month Didn’t notice much until I checked labs and honestly the difference was pretty minor compared to dialing in my TRT dose

Anyone actually have before-and-after estradiol numbers from boron alone?

My coach had me focus on getting lean first Every time body fat came down estrogen symptoms improved more than any supplement ever did.
