Morning headaches every day would make me back the dose down personally.

I ran 5 mg years ago. Dreams got insanely vivid. Sleep itself? Pretty much unchanged. Stopped because I couldn’t justify the cost.

Bro if hydration knocks the headache down that fast I’d keep an eye on electrolytes too.

Interesting observation on the dream recall. That’s one effect I’ve seen mentioned more often than improved sleep.

Could be coincidence. Could be CNS effects. Could be absolutely nothing.

I wouldn’t even evaluate this until day 20 at minimum. A week doesn’t tell us much.

My TRT clinic has had a handful of patients experiment with peptides on their own. Dream changes come up surprisingly often. Consistent improvements in sleep latency? Much less frequently.

Keep posting daily notes. Real-world logs are way more useful than marketing claims.

I’d finish the protocol unless the headaches got worse. That’s just me though.

I actually slept worse during my first week because I kept waking up after intense dreams. It settled down later.

I tried a similar protocol last year. No headaches. No dream changes. No sleep improvements either. Basically felt like I spent money collecting data.

If multiple samples from different places are testing positive I’d rather see people take it seriously than brush it off.

Anybody know if those reports were confirmed by another lab
