Joint-friendly training > ego lifts.

Cables let you adjust path more naturally.

Skull crushers can be rough if form isn’t perfect.

Overhead cable extensions feel way cleaner.

Some movements just don’t fit everyone.

Cables = smooth, skull crushers = risky sometimes.

Warm-up and lighter weight can help though.

Don’t force movements that hurt.

Pain is a signal, not something to ignore.

Plenty of ways to grow triceps without pain. 💪
