Borderline labs plus legit symptoms usually deserve a deeper workup at minimum

Borderline labs are where symptoms really start to matter

SHBG can make those numbers look way different than they really are

Borderline total with low free testosterone isn’t uncommon

Good docs usually look beyond total testosterone

Free T probably matters more in this case

Others feel great with similar bloodwork honestly

That’s not as straightforward as people think

Borderline numbers mean nothing if you feel like trash

Optimization is about performance not just normal ranges
