GHK Cu panthenol B5 has honestly been one of the least irritating combos I’ve tried.
I layer B5 first, then GHK-Cu after 10 mins Works great for dryness
Mental clarity was the biggest change for me less brain fog within a couple weeks
I use a hyaluronic acid B5 serum with copper peptides nightly Skin looks more hydrated overall
LB5 and GHK-Cu seem complementary for healing and recovery in my experience
