    I always tell newer guys not to chase higher doses. Find the minimum that works and leave it there.

    Bloodwork looked exactly the same before and after. Didn’t expect much there anyway.

    Felt amazing for six weeks. Then… Nothing really changed. Still slept decent. Just wasn’t as noticeable.

    Been lifting over 20 years. If something keeps working without increasing the dose, I call that a win.
