    I ran Heavy Duty for a few months and the recovery was amazing Less time in the gym but strength kept climbing

    High volume always gives me a better pump but Heavy Duty seems to drive strength gains faster

    The biggest challenge with Heavy Duty is pushing those all-out sets hard enough Most people stop before true failure
