Home Forums Fitness & Bodybuilding Discussion Safety & Monitoring Been hearing this a lot if a peptide is under $100, it’s probably underdosed or low purity. Talking mainly about stuff like BPC-157. You guys think price is a good indicator or just marketing? I’ve seen cheaper options but always wonder if it’s just a gamble at that point. I experienced some fatigue early on but regular exercise helped me stay on track mentally

I kept my expectations realistic and focused on long term health rather than short term gym performance

Managing stress was surprisingly important High stress seemed to make recovery feel much worse

Staying active without overtraining was important. Recovery capacity was lower for a while after stopping

I’ve been on TRT close to 8 years and came off last year. It sucked for a few months, not gonna lie, but my natural levels eventually recovered enough to feel normal again.

Personally, I’d make sure he has realistic expectations. Most guys I know felt pretty flat, weak, and tired for a while after stopping.

I came off after 5 years on TRT. Recovery wasn’t fast, but it wasn’t a disaster either. Bloodwork and patience were the biggest factors.

In my experience, the mental side was tougher than the physical side. Strength dropped, motivation dipped, but eventually things stabilized.
