I’ve run Pentosan twice for knee issues honestly felt more lubrication than pain relief Subtle but noticeable

It’s one of the few compounds vets have used for years horses dogs so that gives it some credibility IMO

Didn’t do much for acute pain but over 4–6 weeks my joints felt less dry during training

Blood thinning effect is real though had to be careful stacking with fish oil aspirin
