Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.

Could increasing anti-inflammatory fats and daily sunlight significantly improve stiffness and mental clarity for some people?
It would be interesting to hear if others have noticed similar changes when increasing Omega-3 intake or making similar lifestyle adjustments. -
