Are Peptides Useless Without Circadian Rhythm Dialed In?

Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

I’m on the fence. I got shredded for a photoshoot and loved the results but once I finished it felt empty the body fat was so low that I felt weak and constantly cold. Might not be sustainable

Nothing beats consistency and food, but for supplements creatine, HMB and a good multivitamin the basics still win
