Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

Used RAD + LGD stack aggression through the roof.. had to chill my preworkout dose 😂 Physique looked tighter, but most of that was diet and training intensity

GH fragments were meh for me. Leaned out a bit but didn’t notice better recovery Mk made me hungry as hell though grt if u’re bulking

Helps with healing and energy a bit, but not a miracle for keeping gains

Peptides for recovery, not for maintaining size. Training + food does that.
