Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

deadlifts built my whole backside. Glutes, hams, traps everything thickened up once I started pulling heavy -
I like what i c now still chase better conditioning every cut never really ‘done.’

I’ll say this deadlifts changed my body more than squats did core tighter, legs firmer, booty rounder definitely a builder if you do it right
