Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

I stretched my injections to every two weeks and honestly can’t tell much difference.

I think maintenance should include strength training not just relying on the medication.
