Are Peptides Useless Without Circadian Rhythm Dialed In?

Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

    Personally, legs were my weak point as a beginner. Once I started squatting consistently they finally took off.
