Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.

I’ve been running 1.5mg MOTS-c daily alongside 20mg methylene blue twice per day. Energy is consistently high, mental clarity is noticeably improved, and I feel more productive throughout the day.
