Even ‘safe’ orals mess with cholesterol.
LDL up, HDL down… classic var pattern.
People underestimate lipid damage big time.
Dose and duration make a huge difference.
Short cycles still impact HDL for sure.
Diet and cardio help, but not fully.
Some bounce back quick, others take longer.

A lotta guys don’t even check HDL.
