For me, resting HR definitely bumped up a bit the first few weeks. Started around 58 and was sitting closer to 68-70. It settled down some after a month.

I’ve been on Reta for about 4 months and honestly the HR increase was noticeable. Nothing crazy, but my smartwatch kept flagging it.

Personally, I saw maybe a 5-7 bpm increase. The fat loss was worth it for me, but it’s something I keep an eye on.

Not gonna lie, the elevated heart rate was the one side effect I didn’t expect. Weight came off fast though.

In my experience, resting HR went up during dose increases and then leveled off. YMMV.

Mine barely changed. Maybe 2-3 bpm at most. Appetite suppression was way more noticeable than any HR effects.

I’ve run it before and my resting HR jumped from low 60s to mid 70s. Ended up lowering the dose and it improved.

Results were solid but the higher heart rate made cardio feel different for me. Nothing alarming, just noticeable.

Honestly, I tracked everything and saw almost no change in resting HR. Everyone seems to respond differently.

For me it was the opposite. Lost a ton of weight and my resting HR actually dropped over time as I got leaner.

Beginner user here. About 8 weeks in and resting HR is consistently 6 bpm higher than before starting.

Mileage may vary, but every GLP user I know has reported at least a small increase in heart rate, including myself.

I noticed the increase more at night while trying to sleep. It wasn’t severe, but definitely there.
