Incline DB curls hit that peak crazy.

Spider curls gave me the best peak no cap.

Preacher curls really shaped mine.

Anything with a deep stretch + squeeze works.

Cable curls keep constant tension, underrated.

Peak is mostly genetics but curls help.

Slow reps + hard squeeze made the difference.
