10 mg was too much appetite was gone and I had zero interest in eating enough to train

Anybody actually stick with 3 mg long term?

I figured I’d need 10 mg but honestly 3 mg surprised me

6 mg felt like the sweet spot honestly

3 mg gave me enough benefit without feeling like I overdid it

10 mg gang 💪

That’s gonna depend on bodyweight, goals, diet and how you respond

Been running 6 mg for close to a year with no plans to change

Started at 3 mg and never felt the need to move up

I stayed on 6 for almost six months saw consistent progress and no complaints

Six felt like the best balance between results and cost for me

For longevity I’d lean lower unless there’s a reason not to

My bloodwork stayed pretty stable from 3 to 6

I actually preferred 3 mg, Fewer GI issues

My appetite completely checked out at 10 mg
