Nah, man. If someone hates cardio that much, I’d work on fixing that before messing with an experimental compound.

I get the appeal, but skipping conditioning usually catches up with you eventually. Doesn’t matter what you’re taking.

Been lifting for 18 years. Every few years there’s another “exercise mimetic” everyone gets hyped about. Most of the time the excitement fades a lot faster than the marketing.

I’d rather spend 20 minutes walking after meals than gamble on something with limited research.

My coach would lose his mind if I told him I wanted to replace cardio with an experimental compound.

Honestly, if you hate running, why not incline walking, cycling, rowing, swimming… there’s gotta be one form you can tolerate.

Not gonna lie, the compound sounds interesting scientifically, but I’d never tell a beginner it’s a substitute for actual conditioning.

Respectfully, people underestimate how much better they feel after consistently doing even low-intensity cardio.

I compete in powerlifting. Even we keep some conditioning in year-round. Doesn’t have to be marathon training.

If someone “hates cardio,” maybe the issue is they’re picking the kind they hate instead of finding something sustainable.

My TRT doc always talks more about sleep, diet, blood pressure, and daily activity than any new compound making the rounds online.

There’s a huge difference between “interesting research” and “I’d recommend this to a friend.”

Bro, walking with a weighted vest has been enough for me. Zero desire to experiment.

I remember when everyone thought another miracle compound was gonna change everything. Gym’s still full of treadmills for a reason.

I’d be asking for published human studies before asking for dosage.
