I’ve run it before and I’d probably use it again. Nothing magical, but I liked how I felt overall.

Mileage may vary, but I didn’t notice any strength gains at all. If anything, recovery was the only benefit.

Game changer? Nah. Helpful? Maybe. It’s one of those peptides where the effects are pretty subtle.

I went in with low expectations and ended up liking it. Felt less fatigued during long work weeks and training sessions.

Personally, I’d spend my money on food and coaching before buying Humanin. Just my two cents.

I stacked it with other recovery peptides, so it’s hard to say what was doing what. Overall results were positive though.

For me, it wasn’t about muscle growth. It was more about feeling better day to day and recovering a bit faster.

I tried both and GHK-Cu was noticeably better for overall skin texture AHK-Cu seemed milder and took longer to show anything.

GHK-Cu made my skin look healthier after about a month. I didn’t get the same effect from AHK-Cu

I mainly used AHK Cu for my scalp so I can’t say much for facial skin GHK Cu definitely felt stronger cosmetically

GHK-Cu helped with redness after microneedling AHK Cu didn’t seem to do much for recovery in my case

Honestly I saw subtle results with both but GHK-Cu gave me a smoother complexion over time
