    I used tirzepatide after blowing up to almost 290. Lost over 70 pounds. Now that I’m back training seriously, I can’t imagine trying to grow on it. I have to remind myself to eat as it is.

    I think GLP-1s are awesome for obese people, but once you’re already fairly lean the tradeoff starts getting ugly. Appetite is a tool when you’re trying to build muscle.
