    Hey guys,
    Currently a few weeks in and strength is decent but pumps are straight garbage. I remember pumps being crazy before now it’s like training flat. Diet is mostly clean sodium not super high though. Anyone else deal with weak pumps mid run or am I missing something obvious?

    There’s a reason the old heads still talk about Dianabol. It works. Period. Strength gains come quick, motivation goes through the roof and training feels fun again. But yeah it’s not clean. You gotta accept the water and the ups and downs this is classic bulk energy,not influencer fitness…..
